Are you ready for early morning workouts? I'm serious about us working out by 6:30 am. We've got to have the gym and the room to throw the weight around. Jumpers, we will have one HJ pit for you to use as a landing pad, along with HJ'ers getting in some curve work. 2 months of indoor training then we can go back outside during the afternoons. We can do this, just get your attitudes and alarm clocks ready.
I doubt that any other track team in our division will show this kind of dedication to qualifying for conference and nationals.
